I saw some bloke whip his dog with it's lead today. He was bawling at it and then it started chasing after a ball that wasn't his. The man caught up with it, took the ball off it and started shouting and whipping it.
I should've said something. I should've. All I could do was just stand there and scowl in disbelief. He started walking towards me when he saw me blantently glaring at him, so he turned around and went the other way. I don't care how pathetic he must've felt, I should've gone after him.
